At Southwest Specialties

We turnkey your commercial project from structural design through management and construction. We pride ourselves on fast bid turnarounds and relentless attention to detail and accuracy on all of our projects.

Commercial installations start with our state-of-the-art estimating department. We utilize On Center On Screen Take Off software along with the KIP full size blueprint scanner and laser printer. All site drawings for the project can be printed in-house for accurate and up-to-date reference.

If you are a design professional, ask about our AIA certified one hour Lunch and Learns conducted at your office. Members of our team are Professional Speakers and Certified Consultants by the ICPI. Available subjects include: Construction of Permeable Interlocking Concrete Pavements, Theory of Base Installation, or Maintenance and Management of Interlocking Concrete Pavements. These can be a valuable CEU credit for your designers, engineers and project managers.
